The new year started with a new project. Barbie Bridal! I bought the pattern from Annie's Attic several years ago, and have been contemplating making it. Well, I finally did it, and here she is!

For many nights as I watched television I crocheted lace. Lots and lots of lace. Then came the flowers. Some so tiny it was difficult for me to hold them. Then came the day to assemble her. What a feeling of accomplishment. I made a few changes to the pattern, like using faux pearls for the buttons down the back of the dress, instead of using snaps.

Since she turned out so well I am thinking about making a few more. When I purchased this pattern I also purchased about twenty more. Which one to do next? Decisions, decisions!
